I have been part of the Safa family since 2014. I first moved to the UAE in August 2011 following my graduation from Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Primary Education and Mathematics.
The UAE has provided me with many opportunities which have inspired me to become a passionate, caring and resilient educator who always strives to provide the very best learning opportunities for all children to reach their full potential. I really enjoy lessons that are interactive, hands-on and challenging for young minds to think and problem solve. I am very passionate about Inclusive Education and ensuring all individuals have access to equal learning opportunities.
Outside of school, I am passionate about Sport. I love to go to the gym, run/walk the beaches and I also enjoy travelling and experiencing different countries and cultures around the world. I am a keen Irish Dancer and have taken part in various competitions and World Championships throughout the years.

I will forever treasure the memories and adventures of teaching Year 3 students at SBS and taking the children on their first over night residential trip in Sharjah.
