I am from a small countryside town in The Cotswolds, England. Having recognised my passion for teaching whilst volunteering abroad, I attended Oxford Brookes University, where I graduated with my degree in Primary Education in 2018.
From an early age, I have always been intrigued by new places and had the desire to explore, increasing my passion for travelling and seeing the world. I also enjoy keeping fit and playing sports, as well as socialising with friends.
After spending two years teaching in England, I decided to make the move to Dubai to develop my career, whilst being able to explore a new part of the world.
My approach to teaching is to set high expectations in order for every child to fulfil their true potential. I am passionate about teaching lessons which are dynamic and engaging to enable my pupils to develop their enjoyment for learning, foster an inquisitive approach and develop their independence. I am also looking forward to encouraging the children in my class to achieve academically, as well as nurturing them socially and emotionally to become happy, confident and independent learners.
