Irene McNulty

My name is Irene McNulty from Ireland, otherwise known as ‘The Emerald Isle’. I thoroughly enjoy teaching in the Early Years, and providing children with a love of learning.

About Me

I am originally from a place called Donegal, in the North West of Ireland. Like many young girls and boys, I dreamt about becoming a teacher and having my own class and here I am! Since graduating  from  Canterbury  Christ  Church  University  with  a  Bachelor  of  Education,  I  have thoroughly enjoyed teaching Early Years children and providing them with a love of learning. I am an enthusiastic, creative and motivated teacher, with a passion for literacy.

My biggest  passions  are  playing  golf  and  keeping  fit.  I  love  to  travel  the  world  and  explore new countries. I enjoy meeting new people and I am especially excited to meet all you lovely boys  and  girls  in  the  new  academic  year  and  commence  our  FS1  journey  together  at  Safa British School.

My Experience

For the previous years, I taught in our sister school, Safa Community School and I love being a part of the ‘Safa Family’. Since I began teaching, I have taught in Foundation Stage and I’ve been very fortunate to teach children in FS1 and FS2 from all corners of the world.
