Hannah Lawrence

My name is Hannah Lawrence and I am very excited to be joining the community at Safa British School. I am originally from London and have been living in the UAE for six years; two of those years I spent teaching in Abu Dhabi.

I have a passion for teaching and accredited a first-class degree in Primary Education. I spent the first three years of my career teaching in London before making the move to the UAE. I have a particular love for teaching EYFS and Key Stage 1. It is such an important age to build the foundations of learning, equipping them to be curious, independent learners while building their confidence.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends, trying new places to eat and exploring the UAE. During the holidays, I love to travel to see new countries and experience new things.

I strive to provide a happy and stimulating learning environment where children feel supported, motivated, and empowered to unlock their full potential. I look forward to meeting the children and their parents, working in close partnership to ensure a positive and rewarding learning journey for all.
