Christopher Costello

I taught for three years at home in Ireland before moving to Dubai to work as a founding member of a British Curriculum school. In my two years in this school,I developed my teaching skills and gained vast experience in school leadership as I assumed the roles of Key Stage 1 Leader and Primary English Coordinator. I joined Safa British School in September 2019 as a Year 2 Class Teacher. The past three years in Year 2 have been extremely fruitful for me and I have furthered my skills across all aspects of the curriculum.In addition to this, I have two years of experience working as a middle leader in the school as Head of Moral, Social and Cultural Studies. This year, I am thrilled and excited to begin my new role as Year 4 Teacher and so enthused to work with an exceptional group of pupils. What I am, is a teacher who is passionate about education. I am a confident and competent educator who strives  to  achieve  the  best  results  from  myself  and  my  pupils  at  all  times.  I  enjoy  creating  a  learning environment that promotes enthusiasm in learning and involves active participation from the children. My aim is to create a cross curricular learning experience, which employs a variety of teaching methodologies enabling the students to flourish holistically in school and subsequently in their personal daily lives
